Sometimes you can use an international student’s address to forward your bank cards, but you should understand that U.S. credit building is tied to your address. If you want to play with U.S. credit cards more comfortably, a legal, stable, long-term, and secure U.S. private address is very important.
Below I will show you how to obtain a U.S. private address for receiving and forwarding your bank cards.
1. Address Rental

1.1 Open the Anytime Mailbox Website

Using this address as an example, search it on Google Maps: 28 E Main St, Avon Park, FL 33825, and check Street View.
Obviously, this is a commercial address, so there is no need to continue to the next step. Change to another address and keep checking.
For example: 1630 S Princeton Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
1.2 Check with Google Street View
It looks like a residential address. Then use this address in the USPS address verification tool.
First judge through Google Street View, then verify on the USPS website. This improves accuracy and speeds up the search process.
2. Form 1583 Verification
Under U.S. law, mail forwarding, especially credit card mail sent by USPS regular mail, requires Form 1583 verification.
There are generally two ways to complete Form 1583:
2.1 Use an Agency on Fiverr
The advantage is that Chinese-language service may be available, and the entry threshold is lower.
2.2 Use Anytime Mailbox’s Built-In Form 1583 Verification

3. Forwarding Mail
3.1 Use the Landlord to Forward Mail
